Whether you’re filming a video for social media, pitching your startup or speaking in front of an audience, how you present yourself makes a difference.

Join us at Hub Panostamo on 12 November for Show Up! Presence on Screen and on Stage, a practical training session with Saara Närä, founder of Kupla Social.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

📱 Show up on social media – Film better videos with just your phone, find the right lighting and framing, and speak naturally to the camera.

🎤 Show up on stage – Use your voice, posture and pacing to engage your audience and communicate with confidence.

💪 Handle nerves – Understand why nervousness happens and learn how to turn that energy into an advantage.

Saara runs Kupla Social, a Kuopio-based social media agency, and also works as an event host and MC.
